Future Emeril

Big Brother is such a good helper. He is ready and willing to assist in whatever little project we have going on at our house. He especially loves to help us cook. More specifically, he likes to crack eggs. :)

One of our favorite things to make together are Pizza Bites. This is only second to my unbelieveable chocolate chip cookies, and that might have something to do with the fact that we eat half the batter. He loves the Pizza Bites because he gets to help do all the work and he loves how they taste.

First, we roll out premade pizza crust. We use a small glass to cut out little crusts.

Then he puts each crust into the muffin pan and we poke holes in each one with a fork. We bake these until they are just a tiny bit brown on 400.

Next we top them each with pizza sauce and cheese (sometimes I will add a few extra things on a couple for me). Then we bake again on 350 until the cheese melts.

Ta Da!!! He loves these things and I love that he enjoys cooking with me.
