Recipe-Christmas Crack

I saw this on Pinterest the other night and immediately repinned. It took me 24 hours to cave in and make this stuff.

A-ma-zing. No joke. The perfect combination of salt and sweet. And, even better, it was VERY simple to make.

I found the recipe here.

Here's what you do:
1. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray it with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line the pan with saltine crackers (it took an entire sleeve--about 40 crackers).
3. Melt 2 sticks of butter (REAL butter) and 1 cup of brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce to a simmer for 5-8 minutes until it thickens and the sugar dissolves.
4. Pour on top of crackers. Put in oven for 5-8 minutes--until you see bubbles.
5. Move. Let sit for 4 minutes.
6. Pour 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top. Let them sit. The heat will soften the chips.
7. Then spread the chocolate around. Let cool. You can refrigerate to speed things up.

This was my breakfast this morning. Just sayin'
