Who doesn't love an OREO recipe?

Here's a good one. Made it this week for potluck day at school...it is always devoured.

-Box of DOUBLE stuffed Oreos
-1 stick of butter
-2 boxes of vanilla pudding
-8 oz. of cream cheese, softened
-8 oz. of Cool-whip

1. Crush two rows of Oreos. Place them in the bottom of a 9 x 13 Pyrex.
2. Melt 1 stick of butter. Pour over cookies and pat down for crust.
3. Prepare 2 boxes of pudding according to package directions. Add 8 oz. of softened cream cheese. Fold in 1/2 of Cool-whip.
4. Pour this pudding mixture over the crust.
5. Top with remaining 1/2 of Cool-whip.
6. Crush last row of Oreos and sprinkle on top of Cool-whip.

Chill until ready to eat.
