Ok, so technically this isn't a recipe. I just discovered PB and marshmallow sandwiches and I got to thinking maybe you didn't know about them. And that would be terrible because they are to die for. So, I'm sharing.
Bread
PB
marshmallow creme
Spread your PB on one slice of bread. Top with several spoonfuls of marshmallow creme. Spread it around as much as you can. Heat a skillet up on low. Top the sandwich with the other piece of bread. Toast the sandwich until the bread is brown and crispy and the inside is melty. Don't just butter. Just toast it.
Give it a minute or two to cool down. Or you can eat it hot and enjoy licking the gooey mixture off your fingers, face, and plate ;)
