Recipe Sunday - Scrumptious Pineapple Fruit Dip

I don't even like pineapple and I love this dip!!!

This recipe comes from a sweet co-worker and wonderful cook.

Easy--easy--easy

1 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 block of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small container of Cool Whip

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Chill before serving. It has such a sweet little pineapple taste. I am not a fan of "chunky" things being in my dips/food...this is very subtle.

Great with Granny Smith's, strawberries, and grapes ;)
