Those brown players

By now, you know that BB loves to draw. He is quite the artist--even if he is my own flesh and blood--and especially considering he is 5 and all.

This was in his backpack this week. Love it. I asked him about the squiggly lines all down the players' arms. His response...



"Those are TAT-toos. (I love how he puts an emphasis on the TAT part.) He is a brown basketball players and most of the times the brown basketball players have TAT-toos on their arms."

This kid makes me laugh all the time.

Speaking of basketball--we signed BB up for the league at his school. Big Daddy got selected as his coach. We are all pumped up. He practices once a week. Big Daddy asked me last night what in the world he was supposed to teach a bunch of 5 year olds at a basketball practice that meets only once a week??? He probably has his work cut out for him.

My heart just can't wait until his first game. Seriously. The ENTIRE family might just be there.
