Over the weekend, the boys and I made a fall break bucket list. Then we mapped out each day and what we were going to accomplish.
We went shopping for new shoes and clothes, we went to the movies to see Dolphin Tale (which was a really cute family movie), we went out to eat, we went to our local apple orchard (twice), we did crafts, we napped, we lounged around and watched tv, we went on walks, we went to the dentist...basically, we did whatever we wanted to and it FELT GOOD.
Our boys are so well behaved. We have finally reached a point where we can go and do things #1) without having to pack everything we own "just in case", #2) without having major breakdowns, and #3) without feeling like we have to race the clock before something major happens. It is a VERY nice feeling. I very much enjoying running around with my boys.
