Bedtime story interruptions

This is how my bedtime story went the other night...

Me: One hot day, The Wiggles decided to go get some ice cream.

William: The Wiggles and who else?

Me: Oh, The Wiggles and William decided to go get some ice cream. Sam got banana ice cream, Anthony got blueberry ice cream, Murray got strawberry ice cream, and Jeff got grape ice cream. Sam had a BIG cone with lots of ice cream. As soon as he started licking it, it fell off and the ice cream landed right on Anthony's shoe.

William: And where else?

Me: No where. It just landed on Anthony's shoe.

William: It didn't get in the grass?

Me: Oh, yes. It landed on Anthony's shoe and in the grass. So, Murray had a bottle of water with him and he told Anthony that he could pour the water on his shoe to clean the ice cream off.

William: And off the ground?

Me: Yes, the water would clean the ground, too.

William: Is he going to dry it off?

Me: Let me finish my story! Anyway...Murray poured the water on Anthony's shoe and it washed off all the ice cream. Jeff had a napkin and he used it to dry Anthony's shoe for him.

William: What about the ground? Did bugs come to eat the ice cream?

Me: Yes...Lots of little ants smelled the ice cream that was in the grass and they came crawling to eat some.

William: What about worms? Did worms eat some, too?

Me: (a little bit annoyed because I just want to finish my story and go to bed) Nope, only ants. Ants love sticky ice cream. So, Sam was sad that he didn't have any ice cream. Jeff said he had some more money and he could use it to buy another cone. Sam went and got another big scoop of banana ice cream, but this time he put it in a bowl so it wouldn't fall off when he licked it.

Little short story...shouldn't have taken FOREVER to tell...oh, the interruptions!!!!
