Big Daddy got a call from the pediatric orthopedic doc (the one we don't like) in Lville yesterday. Even though we told them we would not be back to see them, they went ahead and sent the MRI results to another radiologist--I thought that was pretty nice of them, all things considered. Anyway, the new radiologist said that it is a chondroblastoma--which is a bone tumor. Most of these tumors are benign and most do require surgery. They have referred us to a pediatric oncologist in Lville. That is a blessing, because we will no longer have to deal with that awful office. While we have considered Vandy, it is handy to be in Lville. That's where Big Daddy's parents live, so we can stay at their house, rest, play, and they can take care of LB while we take care of BB. We will be meeting with this new doctor next Tuesday.
We are doing our best to not worry until we are given a definite reason to. Please continue to pray for our big boy and his parents :) Pray that we will be blessed with an awesome doctor who will listen to us and be compassionate. Pray that we will, FINALLY, get some accurate answers instead of being given the run around.
Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Comforting to know that He works everything for the GOOD of those who love Him. And we love Him. And we trust Him. And we know His way is ALWAYS better than our way.
