It's almost time for Elfie to arrive

If your family does not have Elf on the Shelf THIS is the year to get one. Get one now. He makes his appearance the day after Thanksgiving. "Elfie" is our elf. This will be his 3rd year in our family. Things should be interesting this year because LB wasn't big enough to get into the whole elf excitement last year.

VERY stressful to a mommy like me...

So, apparently, we have a VERY boring Elf. I guess he didn't get the creative gene. Our elf just sits on shelves or on top of lamps. The craziest thing he has ever done was hang by the chandelier. So. The pressure is on. Elfie just has to step it up a notch this year. The problem is--sometimes Elfie doesn't remember to "move" until that morning--which cuts down on his creativity level.
