Tenderloin

This is Big Daddy's all time favorite meat that I cook.

-1 pork tenderloin
-dry yellow mustard
-1 cup of ketchup
-1 small jar of apple jelly
-2 tsp of chili powder
-1 tsp of white vinegar

1. Unwrap tenderloin and coat with dry mustard.
2. Wrap with aluminum foil and bake for one hour on 350 degrees.
3. In a small saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Being to a boil then remove from heat.
4. Remove tenderloin from oven and unwrap. Cover tenderloin with sauce. Cook for 30 more minutes or until juices run clear (during the 2nd cooking the tenderloin is NOT covered in foil).
5. Slice and serve. (be sure to scoop out the sauce and pile it on top of the meat on your plate ;)
