So thankful

Each evening, we let BB pick who is going to bless our dinner.

Last night, he picked himself (and I love it when he does that).

Most of his prayers go like this:
"God is great, God is good, Let us thank him for our food." And then at the end of that prayer, he tacks on his own little list of things he is thankful for.

Last night was different. He didn't rely on the *cookie cutter* prayer. He did his own and it was Precious (with a capital P).

Each prayer he prays is different. I have found that his daily experiences dictate what he is thankful for (and shouldn't it?). Sometimes he is thankful for his family, sometimes he is thankful for the beautiful day, sometimes for school, sometimes for his friends, and sometimes he asks to get a good night's sleep.

BUT...there is one thing he is ALWAYS thankful for...

"Thank you for letting us go see The Wiggles. Two times."
