Well, actually, we are perpetual grillers. Big Daddy doesn't mind braving the cold to grill us a yummy bacon wrapped Filet Mignon (his specialty). But, this is the season where we can actually go outside and enjoy our meal (and keep the kitchen clean at the same time...gotta love just brushing the crumbs off onto the patio). This past week has been full of grilling out: steaks, burgers, and chicken. Not only do Big Daddy and I love this food, but LB gobbles it up as fast as he can and BB is learning to join in (only if we call all of it chicken).
So, this week's recipe is easy. If you like to grill out then you MUST try Dale's marinade. We smoother all of our meat in this marinade. It has a better flavor when it marinates for 30 minutes, but...who remembers to do that???? Even straight to the grill it tastes de-lish-us!!!
